Who is this course for?
This course is made for anyone that is trying to sell their services online. My background as a PT was coaching people online and since then I do business coaching B2B across the world. For the first time ever I have taken everything I have learnt with clients and my own businesses and put it into a blueprint for you to easily follow and apply.
What kind of training plan will I be given?
The plan you are put on will depend entirely on our expert analysis of your body and your requirements, based on an onboarding questionnaire once you have become a premium member, with this data used to identify the ideal training plan from the Morsia training library for your goals.
Will I be given a nutrition plan to follow?
Yes! Nutrition is an extremely important part of how we support our members in achieving their goals. Based on your data we will provide a detailed macro split for you to be hitting each day, with this reviewed every single week based on your progress.
How will my progress be managed?
Every week, you will be provided with a template to fill out so we can understand any movements in your key metrics along with any notes you have on your plan. Based on that you will then be provided a personalised update with any recommended changes for the following week.
Who will be on the weekly calls?
The calls will be led each week by Lead Trainer, Ben Morsia. There may occasionally by special guests and/or guest hosts, with this being announced in advance inside the community.
How do I access the trainers?
Our community will be run via a private discord group. Within this group you will find channels dedicated to specific topics where our trainers and other members can support you, along with the ability to take part in weekly group calls and send direct 1-1 messages to Lead Trainer Ben.
