I’ve tried a fair few gym apps that haven’t been usable for me as a “home gym” user with only a few machines and free weights. 4 weeks in to a 12 week plan with this app and I’m really impressed. I haven’t come across an excessive that hasn’t had a suitable “swap” available which is where other apps have failed me. The rest periods are well thought out. Not sure if pictures and videos of matt and inspirational or disheartening though. 😅
From my personal experience, this is hands down the best training app I have encountered. Not only does this come from a person with a reputable standing in the fitness industry, but it is also packed with great features. Such as - Tailored programmes depending on your overall training going. -Tailored meal plans once again, depending on your overall goals. -Video tutorial exercises, including rep ranges.
